Subscription cancellations
The initial launch scope is subscription cancellations. CallPilot is intended to place the call, work through phone menus, and wait for an agent. Charge disputes, flight refunds, and other call types are not part of the first release.
You choose the request and share only the details needed for it. Some companies may refuse automated callers or require you to speak directly. A cancellation depends on the company’s policies and is never guaranteed.
Call recording and sharing have consent requirements that vary by state. CallPilot does not promise that every conversation can be recorded or shared.
